National Cancellation Policy

 When making a booking, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by Park Owners subject to the following cancellation policy -

 Cancellation of Bookings made in the Low (Off Peak) season

 During the Low season, deposits will only be refunded if the Park is notified of your cancellation before 9 am on the day before your scheduled arrival.

 If notice of your cancellation is received after 9 am on the day before your scheduled arrival the Park may retain all of the deposit money.

Cancellation of Bookings made in the High (Peak) season

 During the High season, deposits will only be refunded to you if you notify the Park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

 If you provide less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation that you booked is able to be resold.

 Failure to Notify of Cancellation

 If you do not notify the Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10 am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the Park without any refund to you.

 Group Bookings and Special Offers

 Please note that the above conditions do not apply to group bookings (that is, bookings taken as a group booking) or bookings that are made pursuant to a Special Offer.

 Group Bookings may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the value of the reservation.
